1. What Ingrano Is

Ingrano is a gravel and mountain bike component compatibility tool. We help you find compatible parts for your frame, explore build configurations, and save your builds to your account. That's it — we're a tool, not a retailer.

2. Using the Service

You may use Ingrano for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract our compatibility data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our compatibility algorithms
• Use the service in ways that damage, disable, or impair it
• Create accounts on behalf of others without their permission

You must be 16 or older to create an account. By using Ingrano, you confirm this.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at legal@ingrano.cc. We can't be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4. Compatibility Data

Our compatibility data is derived from manufacturer specifications, official documentation, and community reports. While we work hard to keep it accurate, we cannot guarantee that every compatibility match is correct for your specific setup. Always verify critical compatibility (especially around standards like bottom bracket threading, axle standards, and brake mount types) with the manufacturer or a qualified mechanic before purchasing.

Ingrano is a decision-support tool — not a replacement for professional mechanical advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Ingrano brand, logo, software, and compatibility database are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Ingrano without our written permission. Component names, brand names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ingrano is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to purchasing incompatible components based on our data, loss of saved builds, or service downtime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of Ingrano after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
